We understand that sometimes a container might not fit your needs perfectly. That's why we offer a 30-day consideration period from the day you receive your item.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your container must be:

• In its original packaging, unopened and untouched, or
• In pristine condition, having never been used or modified

2. We'll guide you through the process and provide a return shipping label if your return is approved

Important: We can only accept returns that have been pre-approved. Surprise returns are like surprise parties - fun in theory, but not always in practice!

• If your container arrives damaged or defective, or if we sent the wrong item, we've got you covered
• Shipping fee: $0
• Restocking fee: $0

When It's On You (Customer Remorse)

• If you've had a change of heart or ordered the wrong item, we understand, but there are some costs involved
• Shipping fee: You'll bear the actual cost of return shipping
• Restocking fee: 15% of the purchase price

Need a different container? The fastest route is to return your current item and place a new order once your return is accepted. It's like a container relay race!

The Refund Roadmap

1. We receive and inspect your return
2. We notify you of the refund approval status
3. If approved, we process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days
4. Your bank processes the refund (this may take additional time)
