Kruse Containers Return & Refund Policy

Kruse Containers ("Kruse Containers", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to providing you with high-quality shipping containers and exceptional customer service. We understand that there may be situations where you need to return a container, and this policy outlines the process for returns and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns:
- You are eligible to return a new or unused container within 7 days of delivery, provided it is in its original, unopened packaging and free of any damage.
- Used containers are generally not eligible for return, but we may consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to discuss your situation.
2. Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom-ordered containers: Containers built according to your specific modifications or specifications cannot be returned.
- Used containers (except for exceptions approved by Kruse Containers).
- Containers damaged during customer use.
3. Return Process:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your container by email at [email protected] or by phone at (include your phone number).
- State your intention to return the container and provide your order number.
- Explain the reason for your return.
- A customer service representative will guide you through the return process and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Carefully pack the container in its original packaging, ensuring it is secure and protected for transport.
- Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the packaging.
- Ship the container back to the address provided by the customer service representative.
4. Return Shipping Costs:
- You are responsible for the cost of returning the container to Kruse Containers.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance to ensure the safe arrival of the container.
5. Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned container, and confirm it meets the eligibility criteria, we will issue a full refund for the purchase price, excluding any original shipping costs, within 5 business days.
- Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used for the purchase.
6. Late Returns:
- Returns received after the 7-day window will not be accepted for a full refund.
- We may offer store credit or a partial refund at our discretion on a case-by-case basis for late returns.
7. Damaged Products:
- If you receive a damaged container, please contact us immediately at [email protected] or by phone at (include your phone number). We will work with you to arrange a replacement or a full refund.
8. This Policy Does Not Affect Your Statutory Rights:
This policy is offered in addition to your statutory rights and does not affect them in any way.
