Kruse Containers Warranty

We are committed to providing you with high-quality shipping containers and exceptional customer service. This Warranty outlines the coverage and limitations of our warranties on new and used containers.

1. New Container Warranty:

Kruse Containers warrants new ("one-trip") shipping containers against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers:

• Watertightness: The container will be free from leaks in the roof, walls, and doors.
• Structural integrity: The container will be free from major structural defects that affect its functionality and safety.
• Operational components: Doors, locking mechanisms, and other operational components will function as intended.

2. Used Container Warranty:

Kruse Containers offers limited warranties on used containers. The specific warranty coverage depends on the condition grade of the container:

• Excellent: Warranted against major structural defects and water leaks for six (6) months from the date of purchase.
• Good: Warranted against major structural defects for three (3) months from the date of purchase.
• Fair: Sold "as is" with no warranty.

3. Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear: This includes, but is not limited to, minor surface rust, scratches, dents, and fading paint.
• Damage caused by improper use, modification, or overloading: This includes overloading the container beyond its weight capacity, using it for purposes not intended, or modifying it in a way that compromises its integrity.
• Cosmetic defects: This includes minor scratches, dents, and paint imperfections that do not affect the functionality of the container.
• Damage caused by natural disasters or acts of God: This includes, but is not limited to, earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, and tornadoes.

You will be required to provide proof of purchase (receipt) and a detailed description of the alleged warranty defect. We will investigate the claim and respond to you within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Warranty Repair or Replacement:

If we determine that the defect is covered under the warranty, we will, at our sole discretion, offer one of the following remedies:

• Repair: We will repair the defect using new or refurbished parts.
• Replacement: We may replace the container with a similar one of equal or greater value.

6. Disclaimer:

This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Kruse Containers and supersedes all other warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, consequential or incidental damages, arising from the breach of this warranty.
