What if I live in a different country?

Currently, we do not ship outside of the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Delivery Estimates:

• Order Processing: Our commitment is to process and ship your order within 1 to 2 business days.
• Transit Times: Shipping times will vary depending on your location in the US. For most metro areas, you can expect to receive your container within 5-7 business days from the dispatch date. Deliveries to remote locations may take slightly longer. If shipping takes longer than expected, please contact us as soon as possible.
• Tracking Information: Once your container is dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Delivery Cost:

• Standard Delivery Cost: The standard delivery cost for most locations in the United States is $300. This price includes transportation of your container from our yard to your specified delivery location.

Important Information:

• Delivery Appointments: For some deliveries, especially those in rural areas, a delivery appointment may be required. We will work with you to schedule a convenient delivery time.
• Offloading: All our trucks come equipped with an offloading hydraulic lift that can handle 10ft, 20ft, 40ft, and 48ft containers. Please make sure to have a place for the container to be offloaded. Prepare the location before the date of delivery and try to make the surface flat for easy offloading.
• Unexpected Delays: In rare cases, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays in your shipment. We will communicate any delays to you as soon as possible and keep you updated on the expected delivery timeframe.

What's Included in Delivery:

• Transportation of your container from our yard to your specified delivery location.
• Standard delivery includes placement of the container on a level, accessible surface suitable for a truck with a hydraulic lift.

Customer Responsibilities:

• Delivery Address: You are responsible for providing a clear and accurate delivery address, including any access restrictions or special instructions for the driver.
• Site Preparation: Ensure the delivery location is clear, level, and accessible for a large truck with a hydraulic lift.
• Offloading: Customers are responsible for offloading the container upon delivery. We recommend having appropriate equipment or manpower available for offloading. Inquire about additional fees if you require assistance with offloading.
• Permits: If required by local regulations, you are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits for placing the container on your property.

Additional Information:

• Weekend and After-Hours Deliveries: Weekend and after-hours deliveries may be available upon request for an additional fee. Please contact us for details and availability.
• Limited Access Deliveries: If your delivery location has limited access due to narrow roads, weight restrictions, or overhead obstructions, please inform us in advance. Additional fees may apply for special arrangements required to complete the delivery.
